RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Group Tours

Up to one week’s notice: Full right of cancellation and a full refund.

Between 6 days and 72 hours before the tour: We retain 25% of the total price as a cancellation fee.

Less than 72 hours before the tour: No refund is available.

All prices include 25% VAT.

PAYMENT

We will issue an invoice once we have received a postal address.

COMPLAINTS

You are entitled to have any deficiencies in the service remedied, unless they are due to circumstances attributable to the customer or other external force majeure circumstances for which we cannot be held liable under Danish law.

If you wish to make a complaint about your walking tour, please contact Copenhagen this Way within 48 hours after the tour has taken place. Please write to contact@copenhagenthisway.com

If you wish to make a complaint about your guided tour, please contact Copenhagen this Way within 48 hours after the tour has taken place.

In the event of inappropriate or intoxicated behaviour that causes inconvenience or disruption to the guide or other guests, we reserve the right to terminate the walking tour.
